Your custom
orthotics are much like your car, they serve as a mode
of transportation for you. Your car requires periodic
service to work at peak performance; well so do your
custom orthotics.
As you use
your orthotics, they begin to wear down. As a result,
they do not perform as well as when they were new. It
is estimated the average semi-active person walks approximately
1,650 miles per year.
What most
consumers do not realize is that as long as the plastic
shell (of their orthotics) is not broken or cracked,
the orthotics do not have to be replaced with new custom
orthotics. Rather, they can be refurbished (tuned-up)
to close to their original condition for considerably
less than a new pair of custom orthotics.
THIS
IS HOW IT WORKS.
- Put your
name on the bottom of your orthotics
- Fill out
the Orthotic Tune-up Request
Form; and place the form and your orthotics in
a sturdy envelope or small box. BE SURE TO INSURE
YOUR PACKAGE.
- Ship to:

- Enclose
a check or money order for $65.90 ($59.95 + $5.95
S/H) payable to: Progressive Footcare Distributors.
- Upon receipt
(of your orthotics) we will carefully review your
tune-up request form and note all specifications on
your orthotics (if we have questions we will contact
you.)
- We will
refurbish or replace all worn component parts (except
for the shell) of your custom orthotics to original
specifications.
- The tune-up
will take five business days; and upon completion
will be mailed pre-paid registered priority mail.
- Progressive
Footcare provides a 90-day unconditional guarantee
on materials and workmanship.
